How We Can Help

We provide general advice for those applying for the CPP disability benefit. If an applicant is denied benefits and the request for a
reconsideration is also turned down, we will, depending on the case,
represent the applicant before the CPP Review Tribunal. If the applicant
is denied at this level and the case has merit, we will represent the
applicant before the Pension Appeals Board. We will also represent the
applicant if the government appeals the decision.

On occasion we also become involved in CPP matters other than those
involving the CPP disability benefit.
