If your employer has breached the employment standards you
can file a claim with the Ministry of Labour. You can fill out a
claim
online or you can get a claim form from the Ministry of
Labour located at 4510 Rhodes, Suite 610 in Wndsor.

Once your claim is filed, the Ministry of Labour will try to help
you solve the problem directly with your employer, including
attempting mediation If the issue cannot be settled, an
investigation may begin.

The process can take quite a bit of time.

It is important that you make your claim as soon as possible while
details are still fresh in your mind. The law requires you to file a
claim for money within six months and all other claims within
two years.
